This website is operated by Running Gear BH. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Running Gear BH. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

2. PRODUCTS & ACCURACY

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (including performance footwear). However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY (سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال)

  • No Returns/Refunds Policy: All sales are final. We do NOT offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or general preferences.

  • Factory Defects Only: Returns or exchanges are strictly accepted ONLY in the event of a proven manufacturing defect (factory defect) or if an incorrect item was shipped by us.

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers must inspect their items upon delivery. Any defect or damage must be reported to our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photo/video proof. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

4. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
